Dear Earthworm,
Hey I'm Jesse. I'm sorry to hear you’re blind. I heard you were very brave. Like when you were bait for the seagulls to come down. Then James would pull you down into the peach so you wouldn’t get eaten by the seagulls. Then James caught a seagull. You were funny like when Centipede was saying, “I can talk! I can talk! I'm free at last!” And then you said, “That’s the worst thing I've ever heard!”
I would love to be your friend. You and I would probably get along very well because you were never mean throughout the story. Also you can make very good subway tunnels by digging up land.
