Dear Centipede,
I liked reading about you in the book James and the Giant Peach. You are the funniest character I know of. You are the funniest by doing funny things and dancing around the peach while it is in the air. You are also funny when you had paint on you and it stared to rain and you got all the paint off and you started dancing.
I would like to be your friend but I think you’re too demanding. One reason I think you are demanding is because you tell the animals what to do too much. You tell James to take off all your shoes often. You have a lot of shoes, you have 42 shoes and that is a lot of shoes! That is a few reasons why I think you are demanding in the book.
