COMPANY INFORMATION: This company was founded in January 1998 by Ms. Alloway's fourth grade class. There are 25 shareholders. The company is run by Ms. Alloway and the stockholders who are members of the class. Every week there is a new manager, and every day there is a new crew. The manager picks the crew, directs the crew to make the pretzels, helps to make the pretzels, and goes to the classes to sell the pretzels. The manager also counts the money, writes reports about the pretzels, finds out how much the stock is worth, and calculates how much money was made during that week. The company will close for the summer. Before they do, the stockholders will donate part of the profits to charity, and distribute the remaining profits among the shareholders.
