Barn Owls live in most of North America. They live in deserted buildings, church steeples, and half-ruined barns. They eat mice, rats, and jackrabbits or other small rudents. Barn Owl chicks hatch eight to ten weeks after being laid.
The Barred Owl lives mostly in east America and a little of Mexico. It lives in abandoned hawk or crow nests. Chicks fly 40 to 45 days after hatching.
